A labor of love. We cold smoke our freshly harvested red jalapenos with cherry plum wood for 36 hours before they are put in the dehydrator. This results in a sublime balance of sweet, smokey, and spicy. It’s lucky we have any of these to sell because farmer and owner Will Holloway tries to hoard them all to himself. The chipotle powder is great in any dish that you want to add a smoky flavor. Some farm favorites are in sweet potato gratin or pulled pork.
