Field Crew

• Full-time (35-45 hrs/week) or part-time, May-October 
• $15/hr+ DOE

Our field crew is the backbone of the farm. Daily activities may include seeding, transplanting, weeding, irrigating, harvesting and packing vegetables. The crew works with our management team to efficiently execute the daily tasks involved in farming. The work can be quite physical but the fun-loving team environment makes the day fly by. This is a great opportunity to learn about small scale organic farming while earning income and working with a great team. The crew also has the option to work at farmers markets.

Experience & Qualifications 

• Previous production farm experience preferred but other fast paced work environment experience and desire to farm is acceptable
• Ability to hustle and thrive under pressure 
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and a willingness to seek guidance as needed
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work outside for long hours
• Reliable personal transportation required
